With Service and Maintenance MPS are happy to offer the following options.

  • A basic contract where we carry out the specified preventative maintenance. This could mean 1, 2 or 4 visits to your system subject to the type of system installed.
  • Our Plus contract means we will include all system related callout and labour as well as carrying out the specified preventative maintenance as specified.

All maintenance is carried out to ensure we meet not just our governing bodies minimum requirements but also to ensure that we offer the highest levels of customer service. This includes being available 24 hours per day and being able to respond to our customers needs within 4 hours.
